I've always been drawn to the incredible resilience of the human spirit, the way we can heal, grow, and rewrite our stories even after life's hardest moments. For over 16 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate the messy and beautiful process of becoming. My work is rooted in deep compassion, authenticity, connection, creativity, curiosity, and the belief that every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood. My training has led me to through diverse therapeutic modalities, where science meets heart, and where people can rediscover their strength and light.
